Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. Free shipping is available on orders $50.00 or more (Ground Shipping).

Q. Which carriers do you use?

A: We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on order size, location, and delivery speed.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

A: No. Local pickup is currently not available.

Q: What is your return policy?

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at sales@svetodesign.us as soon as possible to request changes or cancellation.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: Please email us with photos of the damage and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund.

Q: Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

A: Yes! We specialize in custom designs, including IMO signs, marine-grade decals, and luminous safety labels. Note: Custom orders are non-refundable.
