Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

We primarily ship via UPS, but may also use USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on size, location, and speed requirements.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates.

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or external events. If your package appears lost, contact the shipping provider using your tracking number first. For further assistance, email us at sales@svetodesign.us.
